Two outstanding Queensland musicians join the Queensland Symphony Orchestra tour for 2010 with an exciting programme which marks the 200th anniversary of two of the most beloved Romantic composers.
Acclaimed pianist Jayson Gillham performs Chopin's great piano concerto in F minor, accompanied by rising star conductor Dane Lam. Both have returned to their native Queensland from Europe for our Northern Tour.
Dvorák's Seventh Symphony is considered one of his very best, full of furiant dance rhythms, and sweeping romantic gestures, a symphonic reverie from Bohemia that will enchant audiences and musicians alike.
